🐱 Party Cat Playhouse – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Party Cat Playhouse!
To ensure every family enjoys a safe and happy play experience,
please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before entry.

🎟️ 1. Single Admission Terms

1️⃣ Admission fee is charged per child, and includes entry for one accompanying adult.
　Additional adult tickets: +HK$30 on weekdays / +HK$50 on weekends & public holidays (per entry).
2️⃣ All admissions are based on the daily open session.
　Please check official announcements (IG / Facebook) for any venue closures due to private events or maintenance.
3️⃣ Babies aged 0–12 months may enter for free, provided they are accompanied by a paying child.
4️⃣ All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be postponed.
5️⃣ Party Cat Playhouse reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict certain facilities for safety or weather-related reasons.

🪪 2. Monthly Pass Terms

1️⃣ The Monthly Pass is valid by calendar month.
　For example, a “November Pass” is valid from Nov 1 – Nov 30, not 30 days from the date of purchase.
2️⃣ Each pass allows one entry per day, with unlimited playtime during opening hours.
3️⃣ Each pass includes one child + one accompanying adult.
4️⃣ Babies aged 0–12 months may enter for free when accompanied by a paying child.
5️⃣ Additional adult tickets: +HK$30 (weekdays) / +HK$50 (weekends & public holidays) per entry.
6️⃣ Please keep your physical Monthly Pass card safe — lost cards will not be reissued.
7️⃣ The pass is non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered child.
8️⃣ Monthly Pass holders can enjoy HK$200 off per card when booking a Party (see Party Terms for details).
9️⃣ If Monthly Passes are sold out, full refunds will be issued via the original payment method (FPS / PayMe / AlipayHK).
🔟 Party Cat Playhouse reserves the right to amend offers and terms without prior notice.

🎂 3. Party Terms

1️⃣ A 50% deposit is required to confirm all party bookings; the remaining balance must be settled on the event day.
2️⃣ All deposits are non-refundable, non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
3️⃣ Parties will continue as usual during Black Rainstorm, Typhoon Signal No.8 or No.10,
　but rescheduling is allowed once for free, within 7 days of notice, and must be rescheduled within 1 months
4️⃣ In case of a child’s illness, rescheduling is also allowed once for free,
　provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given, and the new date is chosen within 7 days (valid within 1 month).
5️⃣ Minimum booking: 2 hours; from the 3rd hour onward, each additional hour is half price.
6️⃣ No extra setup time is provided. Please start and end on time.
　If the event exceeds the scheduled time by 10 minutes or more, a half-hour fee will be charged.
7️⃣ Each hour of venue booking includes 30 game tokens, usable for the basketball machine, claw machine, and mini Ferris wheel.
　Additional tokens can be purchased on-site.
8️⃣ “Unlimited Drinks” add-on is available for HK$50 per hour, beverage options subject to availability.
9️⃣ Add-on services (photography, balloon twisting, catering, etc.) must be confirmed and paid at least 7 days in advance.
🔟 Monthly Pass holders enjoy HK$200 off per card when booking a party.
　Discount limits:
　- 2-hour party: up to HK$1,000 off
　- 3-hour party: up to HK$1,400 off
　- 4-hour or longer party: up to HK$1,800 off
　All physical cards must be presented on the party day.
　Digital versions or late submissions are not accepted.

🛡️ 4. Safety & House Rules

1️⃣ All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
2️⃣ Socks are required for both children and adults. Entry will not be permitted without socks.
3️⃣ For safety reasons, running, pushing, climbing outside structures, or jumping from high areas is strictly prohibited.
4️⃣ Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for birthday cakes or pre-approved catering for parties.
5️⃣ Please keep the venue clean. Dispose of all waste properly.
6️⃣ Smoking, alcohol, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited inside the playhouse.
7️⃣ Any damage to facilities must be compensated by the responsible parent or guardian.
8️⃣ In case of accidents or injuries, our staff will assist immediately,
　however, Party Cat Playhouse shall not be liable for legal or medical claims arising from such incidents.
9️⃣ In case of emergencies (including power outages, severe weather, or urgent maintenance),
　the venue reserves the right to suspend operations or terminate events without compensation.
🔟 All guests must follow staff instructions to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

📌 Party Cat Playhouse reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
In case of any dispute, the management’s decision shall be final.
