3.3 定期消毒設施，保持場地清潔衛生。

4. 安全與行為守則
4.1 遊樂設施必須按指示正確使用；不得攀爬欄杆、安全網以外的範圍等危險行為。
4.2 工作人員指示／告示必須遵從。
4.3 貴重物品請自行保管；場地不負責遺失或被盜之物品。

5. 使用時間與限額
5.1 每次入場逾時可能需額外付費或被請離。
5.2 高峰時段／公共假期可能實施人數限制或場次限制。

6. 票務取消／更改／退款政策
6.1 門票／會員預約一般不設退款，除非場地因不可抗力或自身原因取消。
6.2 如客戶要求更改時間／日期，需提前通知，場地酌情考慮是否接受。
6.3 如場地變更營業時間或設施有關閉，將盡量通知客人，但不一定作出退款補償。

7. 場地關閉及設施維護
7.1 若因天氣、維修、安全原因或政府指示，部分設施或整個場地需暫停或關閉，場地保留作出此類決定的權利。

8. 法律責任及豁免聲明
8.1 入場者承認遊玩設施存在風險，並同意在合理使用下自負風險。
8.2 若因遊客不遵守規則、濫用設施或不明示健康狀況導致意外，遊樂場不負責任。
8.3 遊樂場會盡力保持設備安全，但不對使用者因此而造成之意外、傷害或疾病承擔法律責任。

9. 拍照／攝影政策
9.1 場地可能在公共區域進行攝影／錄影，用於宣傳、社交媒體等用途。入場者同意被攝影／錄影。
9.2 若要求僅個人用途之拍照／錄影，應尊重他人隱私，不得干擾他人。
9.3 未經允許，不得商業用途或轉售相關圖像／錄影片段。

10. 食物、飲品及物品政策
10.1 未經許可，不得將外來食物與飲品帶入遊戲區；場地將設置飲食區供顧客使用。
10.2 禁止帶有尖銳、易破碎或潛在危險物品進入遊戲設施區域。
10.3 手推車／嬰兒車在遊戲區不得使用，需停放於指定區域。

11. 投訴／意見反饋
11.1 顧客若對設施、服務或條款有疑問，可於場內客服處反映或透過電郵／電話聯絡管理單位。
11.2 管理單位將盡力在合理時間內作出回應。

12. 條款修訂權
12.1 本場地保留隨時修改條款及細則的權利，恕不另行個別通知。新的條款一經張貼／公開即生效。

Important Notes for Entry

1. Admission and Ticketing
1.1 All guests (adults and children) must present a valid admission ticket or membership card to enter.
1.2 Tickets and membership cards are non-transferable, and will not be reissued if lost, expired, or damaged. They are also not for resale or trading purposes.

2. Adult Supervision / Age Restrictions
2.1 Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult (aged 18 or above) at all times.
2.2 Adults are not permitted to use children's play equipment alone. All accompanying adults must also comply with the venue rules.

3. Health and Hygiene
3.1 Guests must be in good health. The venue reserves the right to deny entry or request guests to leave if they exhibit symptoms of contagious illness or abnormal body temperature.
3.2 All participants must wear clean socks.
3.3 All play areas and equipment are regularly disinfected to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

4. Safety and Code of Conduct
4.1 All facilities must be used as instructed. Climbing over railings, nets, or engaging in any dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Guests must follow the instructions and signage provided by staff.
4.3 Please keep your valuables secure. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Time of Use and Capacity
5.1 Overtime use may incur additional charges or result in being asked to leave.
5.2 During peak hours or public holidays, capacity control or time slot restrictions may apply.

6. Cancellation / Amendment / Refund Policy
6.1 Tickets and reservations are generally non-refundable, unless cancellation is due to force majeure or reasons attributable to the venue.
6.2 Requests for changes to date or time must be made in advance and are subject to the venue’s discretion.
6.3 If the venue alters its opening hours or closes certain facilities, guests will be notified where possible, but refunds or compensation are not guaranteed.

7. Venue Closure and Facility Maintenance
7.1 The venue reserves the right to temporarily close certain areas or the entire facility due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, or government regulations.

8. Legal Liability and Disclaimer
8.1 Guests acknowledge that use of the facilities involves inherent risks and agree to do so at their own risk under proper use.
8.2 The venue is not liable for accidents resulting from failure to follow the rules, misuse of equipment, or undisclosed health conditions.
8.3 While every effort is made to ensure safety, the venue is not legally responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents unless caused by proven negligence.

9. Photography and Videography Policy
9.1 Photography and video recording may be conducted in public areas for promotional or social media purposes. Guests consent to being recorded or photographed.
9.2 Personal photography or video recording must respect the privacy of others and should not cause disturbance.
9.3 Commercial use or resale of images or footage is prohibited without prior permission.

10. Food, Drinks, and Personal Items
10.1 Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the play area unless permitted. A designated dining area is available for guests.
10.2 Sharp, breakable, or potentially dangerous items are not allowed in the play zones.
10.3 Strollers and prams are not permitted in the play area and must be parked in designated zones.

11. Complaints and Feedback
11.1 Guests may raise any concerns or inquiries about facilities, services, or terms at the customer service desk or contact the management via email or phone.
11.2 The management will make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner.

12. Right to Amend Terms
